A BILL to repeal article twenty, chapter seven of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to the "Local Powers Act".
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article creating the local powers act.
Article twenty, chapter seven of the code of West Virginia,
one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby
repealed.
NOTE: This bill repeals the Local Powers Act (§7-20-1 et
seq.).
